Andrew is an internationally renowned thought leader in the fields of digital transformation and enterprise social collaboration.

Currently, Andrew is Global Managing Partner, Social Consulting at IBM based in London.

In this newly created global role, Andrew and his team is responsible for developing and delivering a truly consultative approach across the whole of IBM, bringing together the best of IBM’s Smarter Workforce and Social offerings, with world-class consulting  services.

Previously, Andrew was CEO of leading social influence platform Kred.

He is also passionate about explaining to large corporates how digital disruption will impact current thinking and strategy, with a focus on moving from social media to social business.

Andrew presents at international conferences on a regular basis, and maintains a well-read blog at about digital and social media trends.

A former resident of Sydney, and now a dual Australian-British Citizen, since 2005 he has been active in the US, UK and European markets, and deeply understands the issues facing companies large and small. Read more on Andrew’s background on the career page.

Importantly, he firmly believes that “in order to get digital you need to be digital”.

To that end, Andrew has had a website since 1994 when studying for a Master’s degree in Information Technology, and has run since 1999. In fact he was sending email via bulletin boards as early as 1983.
